Denise Grier is a freelance writer, blogger, novelist and poet. Her poetry chapbook, The Queen of Flight, was short-listed in a contest in 2012, and her piece "Breathe" was nominated for a Pushcart Prize.

Denise's poetry, essays, articles, and fiction have been published in hundreds of online and print publications. She is currently shopping her middle-reader novel, The Sun Shines on Maddy Weaver, to publishers.
