Since the age of two, C. E. Bollinger has lived in several cities in North Carolina. Her two master's degrees and B.A. from Duke University indicate her broad range of interests, as do the many jobs she's held, which include groundskeeper, psychiatric technician, and archeologist. Mostly, she has worked as a technical writer for a number of the IT companies that populate the Research Triangle region of the state. She currently lives near Pittsboro, where she gardens obsessively on five acres that she shares with her spouse and myriad creatures, some wild, some nearly tame.
