Helena Bell (or Hel as she is known by her friends) is a recent graduate of Tulane University where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Women’s Studies. Though an aspiring writer all of her life, it was not until recently that she finally committed herself to the study and perfection of her craft. And she freely admits that a near fatal car crash was the best thing that ever happened to her poetry.

She is a feminist, a debutante, and a SCUBA Instructor who hates salt water. Her hobbies include cycling, buying more books than she can read, cave diving, and staring at her two guitars wishing she knew how to play.
